Workout Examples
Bicep curls on incline bench. I recommend between 15 and 25 reps, low weight to start, Free weight exercsie 3/4 days a week, Aerobic activity, just about everyday about 30 minutes.
Exercise Bike, Great Warm and very good Aerobic Exercise, I recommend working up to about 30 minutes, 5 or so days a week.
Flys on Incline Bench, I recommend between 15 and 25 reps, low wieght to start, Free wieght exercsie 3/4 days a week, Aerobic activity, just about everyday about 30 minutes.
Incline Dumbell Press on bench. I recommend between 15 and 25 reps, low wieght to start, Free wieght exercsie 3/4 days a week, Aerobic activity, just about everyday about 30 minutes.
Lat Press on back of Neck, I recommend between 15 and 25 reps, low wieght to start, Free wieght exercsie 3/4 days a week, Aerobic activity, just about everyday about 30 minutes.
Recumbent Bike, Good for warmup, people new to exercise, injured folks, very low impact exercise, about 10-20 minutes.
Reverse Tricep Dips on flat bence. This exercise can also be done with knees bent (slghtly easier, recommended for new people to wieght lifting), I recommend between 15 and 25 reps, low wieght to start, Free wieght exercsie 3/4 days a week, Aerobic activity, just about everyday about 30 minutes.
Standing Bicep Curls. I recommend between 15 and 25 reps, low wieght to start, Free wieght exercsie 3/4 days a week, Aerobic activity, just about everyday about 30 minutes.
